Grant Collings spent more than two decades in emergency services, rising to fire captain — planning drills, developing crews, and preparing members for promotion firsthand. Sirens to Syntax exists because the tools he needed as a company officer never did.
Now pursuing a Master's in artificial intelligence with a focus on AI security, Grant builds at the intersection of two disciplines that both demand the same thing: trust earned through competence. The fire service taught him what good training looks like. Engineering is how he's scaling it.
